Laurie was Chartered as a Psychologist in the Province of Alberta in 1982, and subsequently Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington in 1994, and as a Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Maine in 2013.  She has had extensive experience as a child development and behavior specialist, offering child and family therapy, parent counseling, parent education/support, teacher training, and individual counseling in a variety of settings including:
